WELCOME TO MILTON MEWS - Auchenflower Townhouses and Studios. With a quirky style, this 1940s original Queenslander was converted into flats in 1960, complete with asbestos walls, totally unworkable floor plan, no fire separation and in need of love. We have stripped it back to its frame and purpose rebuilt for short/medium term guests to enjoy Brisbane in comfort, style and not so pricey. There is 1 offstreet carpark for each unit, and free street parking.

UPPER LEVEL TWIN TOWNHOUSES: The 2 upper level townhouses each feature twin queen ensuited bedrooms (1 with bath) and both bedrooms have an adjacent sleepout with extra single bed, (Queensland speak for closed in verandah used for extra bedroom). One side has been decorated in cool whites, aquas and lime shades, the other features the warmer reds, oranges and beige tones. 

LOWER LEVEL STUDIOS: The twin studios, opened March 2016. Coincidentally, the first 2 guests welcomed each side were both named Sue, came from UK on March 4, were both here for birth of a first grandchild of their children living nearby. Go figure! Nib wall separates the queen bed space from the lounge. Kitchen with benchtop oven, large bathroom with washing machine.

BEAUTIFUL LILLY ST SHERWOOD - main house with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and private pool. Architect designed home that people really love staying in. Ducted air con, generous lounge and bedrooms, built ins. Double lock up garage. Master has ensuite and private office, with walk in robe. 1 x queen room with private patio, 1 x king single with private patio, 1 bedroom with twin single beds. Main bathroom with bath. Separate toilet, plus powder room on lower level. Full kitchen and laundry. Outside covered BBQ and TV area. 

LILLY ST COTTAGE - originally the club house for the area's croquet club. A spacious, light filled and totally private cottage with a queen bed and single in the alcove area. Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, this is one of our most sort after homes. It has a private outdoor setting with BBQ and oversized fully fence pet yard.

VERSATILE WOOLLOONGABBA - ALBERT ST. 2 separate homes on this central quiet position. Very close to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
FRONT HOME is the classic Queenslander with 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 x queens and 1 with twin king singles. 2 bathrooms. Large private fenced pet yard, totally private from cottage at rear. 2 tandem offstreet parks

REAR LOFT COTTAGE - down the easement is the bespoke loft cottage. Generous downstairs area features the queen master bedroom and the shared bathroom with kitchen and access to private outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining. Upper level is reached via the spiral staircase. To the right is a queen bed, made semi private by the robe and drawers, to the left as you reach the top is the space with a king single bed.

CLASSIC QUEENSLANDER IN GREENSLOPES - a dual living home within walking distance of Greenslopes Hospital, and minutes from Princess Alexandra Hospital. Quiet leafy suburb - home to mostly professional owner occupiers. Both levels totally private from each other. 
UPPER LEVEL - this features 2 queen bedrooms (1 with ensuite)  plus a king single which opens to the front verandah. There you find the BBQ and outdoor setting. There's a gate at top of stairs for children and pets to be secured. Bathroom with bath. Full kitchen and laundry. 1 offstreet park provided, street parking free.

LOWER LEVEL - private entrance takes you to the lower level with 2 x queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath. Full kitchen and laundry. 1 offstreet park provided, street parking free.

Jenny's property was the perfect place for our small family to stay. The house had everything we could possibly need and had a great homely feel. The sleep outs were brilliant for our boys they loved having their own little space but were still close to us. I loved how there were two bathrooms one which included a bath for the kids. There was also a great outdoor area to quietly relax and watch the kids play. Auchenflower is lovely and quiet but you're also still very close to the city and shops. Jenny was fantastic with communication and was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay again.
