Calendars are mostly accurate, however it’s always worth asking if your preferred property is available as things change rapidly.  Some bookings are under our Best Fit Policy (meaning these guests are flexible and may to move to another home) or they have a long booking and are on an agreed payment schedule. These bookings are in pink.
