A perfect space! This is a wonderful space for a large family. Plenty of elegance - inside and out! Great location, with easy access to all the Brisbane highlights. We lease a house every year for our (large) family holiday - and we all agree that this was the best house we have enjoyed so far! |

My husband booked Lambert House for a family reunion in Brisbane as a 50th birthday surprise for me. Lambert House was the perfect accommodation for us. It was amazingly equipped, maintained and decorated. It had ample room over its three floors for all of us (at the peak, there were 18 in the house). The house is so well-located that we could walk almost everywhere. And wherever we couldn't walk was just a short drive away. Jennifer was an excellent host and very responsive, both before and during our stay. I would without hesitation recommend Lambert House to any large groups who want a city centre base in Brisbane. |

Lambert House is a wonderful venue for larger groups of people. There were eight of us, and we all had plenty of space. It was clean, airy, modern and conveniently located to central Brisbane. While I didn't personally meet Jennifer, she was prompt with attending to special needs, such as the gate code not initially working and a smoke alarm beeping randomly, ensuring that our stay went by smoothly and hassle free! |

Amazing Lambert House!! We rented this beautiful house as our 'home away from home' for the week of our Son's Wedding. We had many international and interstate family and friends attend the Wedding, and Lambert House afforded us the chance to have them visit us in a gorgeous family friendly environment. We will definitely use the house again as a new 'family base' when we next visit Brisbane!! |

Brilliant house. Fantastic entertainment areas and bedrooms, absolutely fully equipped with best quality appliances, crockery etc. We had a dinner party for 16 and had to provide nothing but the food. |

Extravagant in style and space. Centrally located. Stepping into the spacious house is akin to going to a designer showroom - immaculately coordinated and tasteful selection in colours of the furniture to chinaware in the kitchen cabinets. We have enjoyed our stay and wished to spend more time if not for having to rush to catch an early flight. Thank you Jen for having us to stay at your lovely house to end off our holiday with splendour. |
| Unlike most accommodations, Lambert house feels like a real home. Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances & crockery/cutlery. We are a family of 6 and it was spacious enough for us to spread out and we especially enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the world go by. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Brisbane!

Excellent property: This property is immaculate, central and overall a lovely place to stay. Has everything you need, and even DVD's for kids too. Simply an Oasis. After a difficult and long journey, we arrived tired and humourless but once inside this beautiful home our spirits lifted. We expected the WOW factor, but the real Lambert House cannot be captured with photos. Four of us stayed for the first week just renting the top floor, and when the extended family and friends arrived for the next 5 days we got to enjoy the whole home. On the weekend we had 13 people. There was ample room for all. The teenagers took to the casual lounge on the middle level the smaller children watched cable TV in the upper lounge. There are THREE HUGE flat screen TVs and a couple of smaller ones in bedrooms. There were so many comfortable lounge and outdoor spaces we had trouble deciding where to relax next. The front verandah was our preferred place for morning coffee. With the beautiful tree framing our view of the passing cyclists, runners and students making their way to the nearby college. The evening wines were usually around the pool or on one colder night in the front formal lounge in front of the fireplace. As one of the first guests to have the pleasure to stay here everything was new and beautifully presented. The beds were really comfortable and the linen top standard. We were pleased to have our tech savvy teenagers along when Tim helped set up the inhouse sound system through my son’s iphone. We could have our music or radio throughout the home and each room had individual wall controls. Amazing. A great touch was the auto lighting of the tree in the evening and a lovely water feature came on each night, lit with coloured lights. The master bedroom is bigger than some apartments. Huge with sitting area, ensuite, walk in robe, small deck and we loved the king bed. One of the main reasons we chose this home was to be close to the city. It was a beautiful walk of nearly 10 mins to dockside where we could catch a free ferry to the city, or the must-do City Cat ferry that services a large section of the Brisbane River. A couple of times a few of us chose to walk over the Story Bridge instead. Great restaurants and hotels and importantly a supermarket, were all closeby. We didn’t use the city bicycle option, but next time we will. There is a bike station 2mins from the house. Jennifer was a great host whose obvious love for this house and attention to every detail contributed to the best holiday home stay we have had. We will definitely be back. |

Loved the house, with luxurious brand new furniture, its the ultimate comfortable accommodation to experience in Brisbane. Take some groceries and you wont even feel the need to leave the house at all. |

We rented this property for two weeks in August 2013 to meet up with relatives in Australia after 35 years being apart, and it was great! The home is more beautiful and warm than the pictures shown and it was just perfect for a large group like us (12 people). Jenny is so nice and just so wonderful to deal with, thank you! This house really made our time in Australia so much more enjoyable and we felt like being home away from home having such wonderful time and great memories. Will definitely recommend and hope to come back soon! |

This magnificently furnished property had all the creature comforts of home and many I’d only dreamed of. From the selection of fine teas, to the refreshing plunge pool and the ‘cloudlike’ bedding, I was wooed all weekend by this conveniently located CBD ‘gem’. The host, Jenny, was fantastic and went out of her way to accomodate my 17 month old son and I whilst attending a family wedding. I highly recommend Carrington Manor. I will definitely be back soon. |

What a beautiful and clean property! This property worked great for my lab group, who was attending Brisbane for a medical conference. Check in was a breeze, and communication with Jennifer was outstanding. The apartment was accurately described with the photos posted online. Value was great too considering the costs of hotels near the conference center. Uber was between 7-12 AUD to the conference center. It was fairly easy to walk downtown, but the way back is a bit rough with a steep climb uphill. Only minor complaint was that, although beautiful, the old-style window panes were very thin, making the outside traffic noticeable. It was fine for me, as I prefer to have some background noise when sleeping, and is really the only thing I can think of in terms of a potential negative at the property. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend! |

My family travelled from overseas for our wedding and we found this property by chance and we are so glad we did! Jennifer was excellent in accommodating us, even offering us an extra room which she didn't need to do. The apartment was spacious and more than enough to fit 8 people. Everything there was in good condition and there was more than enough there to get you started. Highly recommended! |

Jennifer was so accommodating even offering us an extra room in another apartment 2 days before the wedding as an emergency when she didn't need to. Highly recommended! |

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade in one of Jenny's properties and we were extremely comfortable for our stay. A fantastic pet-friendly apartment which allowed our family of 4 plenty of space to relax and work as needed. Everything we needed was provided making it a lovely city-stay whilst we needed to move out of our home for a short period. Thanks very much, we would definitely recommend to friends! Great place to stay for a group - great layout and location. Stayed here for a work trip with five people. One of the few places that I could find to take us all under one roof with everyone having their own room. It made it much more affordable. Great layout of house and handy location. I did notice some road noise initially, but I otherwise live in a very quiet location and by the third night I didn't notice it at all. Very handy having combination door access if staying with a large group, makes it easier to manage comings and goings. The property is fitted out to a high standard and had everything we needed. |

We were impressed with the quality of the accommodation and all information provided. Beds were comfortable and the balconies were good size. The road noise was a bit loud in the early morning but would stay again if I needed a place for a larger group. |

Wonderful apartment and great location. Apartment met all our expectations. It is excellently appointed, with impressive décor and ample space and facilities for a group/large family. The views over the Brisbane skyline, particularly in the evening from the balcony, which has it own barbeque facility, are a highlight. Jennifer was a very friendly and helpful landlord. |

We stayed at the apartment in beautiful May... making it a wonderful getaway. As Brisbane has such lovely weather we were able to make use of the balcony looking towards Fortitude Valley, great views. The Apartment is exactly as you see it, complete with the lovely Art Deco features. The beds are extremely comfortable. A very well appointed kitchen, making meals in is very easy with everything you would need at your finger tips. However if you wish to go out, the apartments aren't far from cafe's and restaurants. Very close proximity to the city and all Brisbane has to offer. I would recommend this apartment for a stay with friends or family. The owner Jenny is very helpful, and is available if you should need advise on where to go or what to see in Brisbane. |

Excellent group accommodation. We booked all 3 apartments for a visiting dance company and they couldn't have been happier. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything they needed. Jen was very helpful and communicative. This is now our preferred accommodation for visiting groups and we will definitely be booking again. |

A warm home: We were so lucky to have found Carrington apartments!! The Guangdong Modern Dance Company visited Brisbane on a 3-week tour exchange and this was the perfect accommodation. Providing a home environment instead of just a bed is exactly what this house did. With relaxing views from the balcony, day and night, we enjoyed almost all our meals outside. This is a good place to get together and share a meal. There is plenty of space to host a nice gathering in a comfortable atmosphere. Basically it was amazing!! Large dining spaces, close to downtown restaurants bars but far away enough from noise, good relaxing spaces in the house, comfortable beds, enough kitchenware to cook a tasty meal, 2 secure keypads to keep things safe, responsive homes keeper if you have questions. |

Our stay at Carrington was wonderful. Being just outside the CBD made the the location excellent. It is close to major highways heading to either the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. It was in a very nice part of Brisbane with a large park directly opposite.The apartment was as we expected. It was very modern inside and exceptionally clean. Having four large bedrooms (and another room that could be used as a bedroom) and two bathrooms was a bonus. The appliances and furnishings were very modern with an airconditioner in every room. It was excellent value for money. Finding the apartment and gaining access was made very easy by the hosts. I know that I will be staying at Carrington whenever I return to Brisbane. Outstanding. |

This was the perfect apartment for my family and had plenty of room for guests which Jenny was more than happy to accommodate for. The apartment was as described, in a stunning area with a beautiful view of the city. It feels really private and quiet, even in communal areas. Jenny was always in touch and around so there were no issues. The outdoor balcony is so large and perfect for family bbq's. The parking spaces really helped and down the road was possibly the best French bakery we have ever been to! Would definitely recommend for a luxurious stay in Brisbane |

Our stay at the Carrington apartments in Spring Hill was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, tidy and really nicely furnished. It was a great location for us, close to the city and very close to Fortitude Valley. The owner Jenny was absolutely wonderful, so easy to chat/deal with. Definitely a place I will return to when I am back in Brisbane. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're visiting Brisbane and need to stay close to the city. |

Jennifer made us feel very welcome by having a jug of milk in the fridge ready for our morning coffee as we arrived quite late and few simple things like sugar, tea and coffee available. This property is just beautiful. It's location is walking distance to the city, night life or a cheap taxi ride away from most central destination. It has everything you need and the owner's and very pleasant to deal with. It comes highly recommend from me and my partner. |

The unit was so nicely decorated and felt like hotel quality. The space was really effectively used with all the appliances and extras you need and you didn't feel like you were in a studio apartment. Jenny's property was the perfect place for our small family to stay. The house had everything we could possibly need and had a great homely feel. The sleep outs were brilliant for our boys they loved having their own little space but were still close to us. I loved how there were two bathrooms one which included a bath for the kids. There was also a great outdoor area to quietly relax and watch the kids play. Auchenflower is lovely and quiet but you're also still very close to the city and shops. Jenny was fantastic with communication and was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay again. |
