This stunning Queenslander turns 100 in 2025 and has been thoughtfully renovated to offer dual living—two independent homes in one house. Retaining all the classic features of its era, the upper level boasts high ceilings, a spacious veranda, fan lights above the doors, leadlight windows, and tongue-and-groove walls, with a charming built-in window seat in the master bedroom. Chandeliers (yes, even in the laundry!), polished timber floorboards, and large, airy bedrooms add to the home's timeless elegance. Ceiling fans and air conditioning in the lounge and rooms 1 and 3 ensure year-round comfort.

You have the option to rent the upper or lower level separately, or enjoy both together. Please note: the two levels are not internally connected, offering complete privacy.

As with all our homes, this property is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are always welcome!

The upper home is the original home and about to turn 100. It has been renovated to a high standard and offers the classic Queenslander experience.  

The entrance is up the stairs which open onto the deck with BBQ and outdoor dining for 6. The bedrooms all come off a central lounge. The master has a king bed, ensuite with toilet, vanity and shower, window seat, built in robes. The 2nd bedroom is an airy spacious Queen room. The 3rd has a king single bed and opens with french doors from the lounge, and also another set out to the front deck.

The TV lounge and indoor dining for 6, flow off the large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher it also has a breakfast bar. Open plan with lovely features like chandeliers and stained glass windows. Full laundry with tub room included.



The lower home has a more contemporary feel. It has been renovated to a high standard. With 2 large queen bedrooms with builtins and 1 spacious bathroom. The totally private deck with BBQ opens to a small grassed area perfect for pets or small humans to be safely contained. NB there is no internal access between the floors.

Calendars are accurate, however it’s always worth asking if your preferred property is available, as some bookings are under our Best Fit Policy. This means guests are willing to move to another pre agreed home option.

Why Greenslopes?

Greenslopes lies 6.0 kilometres (3.7 miles) by road south of the CBD.  Greenslopes was a mature suburb by the early postwar years with a mixture of workers cottages and grander homes. It has enjoyed a great deal of investment as people upgrade their homes and is mainly home to professional people who are owner occupiers. Especially medical and para medical families as the Greenslopes Hospital is a few 100 metres up the road. It is a leafy suburb with well established  homes.

The suburb is served by the Greenslopes busway station on Barnsdale Street Walk to Greenslopes Hospital. Close to transport and shops.


TRANSPORT: The home is 800 metres from the busway station. To travel anywhere around Brisbane with public transport go to translink.com.au - journey planner.

SHOPS: 10min walk and 2 minute drive to the Greenslopes marketplace - 3 Chatsworth Road. Large shopping Centre (Greenslopes Mall) 700 Logan Road is a 4 min drive.

PARKING: The lower level parking space is at front of house, the upper level has a park at the rear - down the easement to the left of the home

DISPOSABLES:  We supply a few starter disposables as a complementary service. These are not renewed during your stay.

LINEN: The linen package includes - sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels. If you choose to supply your own..... we will supply you with pillows, pillow/mattress protectors, doonas, blankets at no extra charge.

SERVICING: If you would like to engage our cleaners for linen change or house clean during a longer stay, please ask for a quote. All homes include washing facilities, some basic cleaning products, vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan. Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

PETS: We can't say we are a family friendly business if we dont include your pets. We do have conditions of course, please ask for more information. Sorry, but no pets in season or excessive hair shedders. Not permitted in the carpeted areas nor on furniture. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!
